Opiod overdoses in Minnesota increased 43% from 2020 to 2021. Diseases of despair are on the rise. But hope is not lost. Some research states that people who overdose and come out the otherside take advantage of a second lease on life and make a change.
As an agency of action, we felt compelled to do something. A lot of us have personal ties to this particular issue. And while we (obviously) aren’t doctors or savvy social workers, we have capabilities that allow us to make a difference.
So we decided to build a zero cost solution to venues and the public that we proudly stand behind.
Little Free Reviveries are intended to force public attention on an issue too often swept under the rug. Hopefully, they save some lives. We’ve partnered with Southside Harm Reduction Services to aid them in their mission to reduce opioid deaths in the Twin Cities area.
