As an Executive Producer at SixSpeed, you will be the driving force behind our content production team, shaping the strategic vision and ensuring the seamless execution of high-caliber projects. This role demands a seasoned leader with exceptional creative insight, strategic foresight, and a proven ability to cultivate strong client and external vendor partnerships. You will not only oversee the production process from inception to delivery, but also champion innovation, optimize resource allocation, and elevate our creative output. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that all productions exceed expectations, consistently delivering exceptional value within budgetary and time constraints. This role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
As a Senior Producer at SixSpeed, you will play a pivotal role in successfully executing content productions. This position requires creative insight, project management prowess, and strong client relationship skills to ensure productions meet and exceed expectations within allocated resources. You will be central to the production; handling crew hiring, resource allocation, and bringing creative concepts to life safely, on budget, and on time. From pre-production through post-production, you'll monitor the budget, production processes, progress on set and in the office, addressing unexpected challenges and providing creative solutions.
